DIGITAL PROJECT MANAGER

Manage digital projects by bridging the gap between the team and clients. 
Be the client's main interlocutor within Shift Thinkers.
 

Role

- Responsible for the business development by identifying opportunities and developing proposals;

- Creating, managing, and nurturing lasting relationships with clients;

- Overall management of digital projects;

- Execution of proposals and budgets;

- Ongoing control of project costs ensuring the profitability of the projects;

- Participation in the creative process with inputs on the client's objectives;

- Approve with the Creative Director and MKT manager creative proposals;

- Coordination of the teams (internal and external) involved in the projects he heads, ensuring coordination between the parties and the quality of the product delivered;

- Support in the definition of information architecture;

- Definition of personas and user journey whenever necessary;

- Benchmark;

- Knowledge of SEO support tools like Sem Rush, AHREF; Keyword Planner among others;

- Experience of Office from a user's perspective;

- Knowledge of CMSs and Web solutions present in the market;

- Experience in the use of several Back Offices being WordPress the most relevant.

DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

Creation of client portfolio.

Creating, implementing and managing digital marketing strategies for clients and helping them achieve their goals.

Role

- Client and project acquisition;

- Researching and determining client needs;

- Development of Digital Marketing Strategies and proposals for client acquisition;

- Development and optimization of Social Media Campaigns, Google Ads, Email Marketing;

- Develop, schedule, and implement digital strategies and content;

- Social Media Management;

- Development of content or content optimization for online platforms, based on SEO best practices;

- Metrics definition, monitoring, and reporting (KPI's, ROI,...);

- Global monitoring of digital projects;

- Perform inbound marketing strategies to get traffic;

- Performance analysis of websites and digital campaigns, propose improvement and optimization of results (through integrated strategies and the use of the most appropriate techniques and tools - SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, etc.);

- Preparation and presentation of results reports;

- Definition, management, and monitoring of the development of Landing Pages and Microsites;

- Coordination with suppliers and partners;

- Keep up to date on new trends in digital technology.

- Experience in Google Campaign Set Up and optimization;

- Experience in Google platforms namely Google Analytics, Google Tag manager, and Google Search Console;

Create strategic content for the company, brand, or service that promotes a connection with customers, as well as helping to differentiate from the competition, with the aim of provoking a clear reaction and a possible conversion in the end user.

Role

- Create communication concepts based on the client's objectives, or MKT manager guidelines;

- Design and develop the creative idea of the messages that will be published on each social network;

- Creative development of content in Portuguese and English for web-based regarding SEO best practices;

- To monitor the graphic creation phase, coordinating with designers;

- Spelling and grammar check of all copies to be published;

- Developing creative proposals;

- Maintain an interest in new advertising trends, new socio-cultural trends, and business.

- Knowledge of UX;

- 3 years of experience in copywriting;

- Professional with high written communication skills.

Create, design, and develop effective websites, blogs, landing pages, email marketing, online stores, simulators, and other traffic generators.

Role

- Create visual concepts for various digital projects;

- Ensuring the best UX/UI practices in all projects;

- Graphic creation of projects such as institutional websites, product and/or service websites, online stores, marketing e-mails/newsletters, landing pages, infographics, banners, wireframes, diagrams, prototypes, etc;

- Definition, or optimization of site architecture;

- Optimization of pages for fast loading;

- Site maintenance and updating;

- Implementation of the defined SEO strategy;

- Development of digital design systems.

Role

- Front-end and back-end development for websites;

- Scheduling of the development phase and definition of deadlines;

- Bug fixing, correction of eventual anomalies, and guarantee of correct functioning and performance of the developed interfaces;
